WELCOME TO
OAKS ACADEMY
Oaks Academy is a one-day-a-week, Christ-centered hybrid program that partners with Christian families to support and strengthen their home education. Through strong academics and a biblical worldview, we equip students with the tools they need to learn well, think critically, and live faithfully.
“…that they may be called oaks of righteousness,
the planting of the Lord, that HE MAY BE GLORIFIED.”
Isaiah 61:3
Oaks exists to help students grow in wisdom, process with a Biblical worldview and love learning while walking faithfully in the season God has placed them. Our vision is to raise up oaks of righteousness - students who are rooted in truth, growing in knowledge, and living for the glory of God.
What does Oaks offer?
-

Unique Structure
Oaks Academy is a one-day-a-week drop-off program for PreK to 12th grade students. We meet on Mondays at Compass Charter School during the academic school year from 8:30am to 3:15pm. Additional opportunities like field trips are offered throughout the week to build our school community & deepen relationships.
-

Core Subjects
On Mondays, students will receive in-person instruction in Literature & Writing, Science, and Social Studies. Then Tuesday through Friday, parents guide learning at home using the weekly plans we provide.
Our goal is to partner with you to build a healthy structure, a strong academic foundation, and steady growth expectations, so students grow into capable, grounded, and prepared young adults -

Academic Support
Oaks is blessed with a team of highly qualified, experienced, and godly teachers and support staff. All at-home assignments and instruction will come directly from their core classroom teachers, providing consistency, structure, and support throughout the week. This long-range approach allows us to pace the curriculum intentionally, ensure continuity from year to year, and minimize learning gaps along the way.
-

Diverse Electives
Heritage & Legacy students will have the opportunity to explore a diverse selection of enrichment classes including advanced academics, practical life skills, Biblical studies, and creative arts. Foundation students will have two elective choices after lunch, with class offerings like math, PE, and music.
